A "Project" by definition will constantly have a specified timeframe and a specified budget. The "Budget" is the quantity of money that the Project Sponsor is prepared to spend to reach the project aims. So here are several points and tips on setting your budget and evaluating progress against it. Right at the beginning, produce a Financial Plan so that you have a elaborated survey of all of the expenses that are working to develop and when they will be obtained.
