Cloud computing is all the rage. It has become the phrase du jour. In a regime of IT where innovation is the word next door, cloud computing is a solution to the congestion. This is what IT always had in its bucket list - a need to enhance capacity and add capability without investing additional resources in training, infrastructure and patents. Cloud computing is still an evolving paradigm. Its definitions, use cases, underlying technologies, issues, risks, and benefits will be refined in a spirited debate by the public and private sectors. These definitions, attributes, and characteristics will evolve and change over time.
