Implementation of Privacy Preserving Multiparty Collaborative Mining Technique by Using Integer Programming Model
The concept of multiparty collaborative data mining is an important issue in the areas of data mining technology. When the set of participant wants to find comprehensive model collaboratively based on the given collective data. Each participant has sensitive and non-sensitive data in their local database. In this case, the major challenge of privacy preserving data mining is efficiently mine the appropriate model without exposing each party's sensitive data. To reach this goal, the entire data provider's sensitive data have been hidden in collaborative data mining using the proposed Integer Programming Model. The new pooled data is created in order to perform collaborative data mining. Also the confidentiality of pooled data is maintained by ElGamal Cryptosystem.
