Risk management of satellite engineering project is a very complex job, and risk evaluation is one of the most important links. By predicting and classifying risk sources of a satellite engineering project, this paper builds the project risk index system, identifies the risk points, and uses an improved evaluation method based on AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to assess and analyze risks of the various system modules and project implementation stages. This is an effective solution to the large, multi-level, strong subjective evaluation process issue. The results show that it is of great significance to project risk management by applying the method into comprehensive evaluation of a satellite project's risk indicators.
