The implementation of change will provide the necessary results that help in the growth of the organization. There are few organizations that effectively integrate the change in core discipline and focus on reality. Leading Change does have an element of risk, but if implemented in the proper way will bring success to business. Successful companies do incorporate disruptive thinking in all their practices such that they have some value proposition due to this act. By making process improvements that bring satisfied customers to the fold of the company will create a change in the business model and bring new opportunities to the organization. Many organizations invest on change on a continuous basis and become successful and in the other end of the spectrum there are companies who do not like to make any change and be in the "me too" market and not become successful. It is important for managements to relook at their business model and bring the needed change.
