Legitimate Clone Node Detection Against Clone Attack with Trust in WSN
The Node Replication attack is harmful attack in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), where one or more node(s) illegitimately claims an identity, are also called clone attack due to identity theft. The Node replication attack can be exceedingly injurious to many important functions of the sensor network such as routing, resource allocation, misbehavior detection, etc. This paper proposes method to detect Clone attack detection in WSN with trust factor, which are resilient to malicious neighbor and malicious witnesses. And also proposes the method to detect legitimate node among replicated nodes (or cloned nodes) to save legitimate node. The authors then discuss and analyze their effectiveness of novel technique to detect and to save legitimate against the replication attack.
