Social Media has exploded in the past year, and it seems that everyone is getting on board. Whether they are familiar with Social Media or not, they should have most likely used it them self, know someone who is using it, or at the very least have seen it. For many non-profit and small businesses Social Media is particularly appealing since it is very cost-effective. However, it is just as beneficial for larger organizations that want and in many cases need to be more personal and accessible to their consumers.
