In this paper, Space-Time Block Codes (STBCs) with low Maximum-Likelihood (ML) decoding complexity and information-losslessness property are proposed for a two-user Multiple-Input Single-Output, frequency-flat fading multiple access channel. Two-user Gaussian Multiple Access Channels (MAC) with finite complex input alphabets and continuous output alphabet have been recently studied in wherein the impact of the rotation between the alphabets of the two users on the capacity region has been investigated. Subsequently, it is shown that the ML decoding complexity at the destination can be significantly reduced with almost no loss in the sum capacity when Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) alphabet pairs are employed.
