Making Strategic Decisions In The Changing Networks - Observations From The Scandinavian Flat Glass Industry

The paper focuses on the strategic decision making in the situation where the radical technological change is reshaping the network structure dramatically. Especially, the focus is on the situation where the companies are losing their competitiveness and markets as a result of the network evolution (Scandinavian flat glass industry 1960-1980). The authors contribute to the literature of strategic decision making and sense-making in complex and changing networks which has been discussed lately in the IMP community.
