This paper is to present significant elements that can influence the voice quality in a VoIP network and to find methods of improving them. After analyzing the impact of QoS, solutions are proposed in order to minimize its effect as well as strategies for management. Since, service level agreement requires management strategies and resources oriented towards the customer, this paper focuses on these issues. Also, several security solutions are presented, due to the fact that security is a paramount aspect of cloud computing.
