In the uncertain environment of today's organizations of which over changing is an indispensable quality, those organizations would meet great success and triumph, in which knowledge management cycle is properly implemented. This would help them make 'Knowledge' a competitive advantage and reflect it in their goods and services. To examine the state of Knowledge Management Cycle (KMC) at the Institute of Management Research and Education (IMRE), and also to develop a contingency model for KMC examination (including knowledge creation, knowledge organizing, knowledge sharing, knowledge applying loops) in other organizations. Nonaka's five loops model for knowledge management cycle is used and five research questions is examined.
