Multiple-Input and Multiple-Output, (MIMO), is the use of multiple antennas at both the transmitter and receiver to improve the communication performance. MIMO technology has attracted attention in wireless communications, because it offers significant increase in data throughput and link range without additional bandwidth or transmit power. In this paper, MIMO systems with reduced complexity are considered. The space - time block coding, for communication over Rayleigh fading channels using multiple transmit antennas is considered. The scheme is designed by using the cyclic code with rate 1/2 and 1/3, leading to a flexible and exploit of STBC for multiple antenna systems.
