The objective of this paper was to develop a cognitive system, in which the characteristics of mobile learning technology, its nature, context and benefits are presented. The majority of previous literature has an agreement that mobile learning is one form of teaching learning processes possessing similarities and differences with e-learning. It is mainly based on the concept of wire and wireless communication technologies, as the individuals learner can access the learning material, lectures and seminars whenever he desires and wherever he was, whether inside the classroom or outside it. This creates therefore a new learning environment in the context of the different learning settings.
