Modeling and Analysis of Printed Antenna Using Finite Difference Time Domain Algorithm
An efficient Finite Difference Time Domain algorithm is developed for printed patch antenna without using commercial software packages like IE3D, HFSS, ADS, and CST. Printed patch antennas which are small and conformity are demanded from the points of carrying and designing. Numerical results of return loss, current distribution, electric field and magnetic field components are plotted. The results presented for the fundamental parameters of the Microstrip patch antenna useful for wireless communications and RFID applications.
