By allowing customers to access computing services without owning computing infrastructures, cloud computing has emerged as one of the most promising computing paradigms in industry. Correspondingly, there are more and more commercial cloud services supplied by an increasing number of providers available in the market. Since different and competitive cloud services may be offered with different terminologies, definitions, and goals, cloud services evaluation would be crucial and beneficial for both service customers (e.g. cost-benefit analysis) and providers (e.g. direction of improvement)
