Efficient usage of radio resources plays an important role in wireless cellular networks. In this paper, the authors focusing on the solution for the problem of allocating radio resources like subcarrier and power with less Bit Error Rate (BER) and good Quality of Service (QoS) in an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) based Cellular networks. They propose an optimal dynamic resource allocation algorithm that maximize total throughput as well as reduced transmit power based upon the Channel State Information (CSI) from all the users. The proposed algorithm distributes the available radio resources among multiple users according to their channel state information with better quality of service.
