Date Added: Dec 2007

The behavior of employees within any business entity is a critical constituent in shaping achievements over the short-term and the ability to sustain success in the long run Organizational conduct concerns itself with studying the method by which workers do their jobs and fit into the culture of the business, while focusing on ways to identify the divergence in the ways staff adjust to and implement their mission. The strictly defined purpose of launching a study on organizational behavior is to transform the focal point of management towards job contentment and involvement, obligation to the business, and genuine task performance measures.
