Part 4 of 6 - Creating a Custom Solution
ACT and the ACT Community enable testers and developers to identify applications with issues AND provide solutions to those issues. The presenters of this podcast explain how to create a custom issue to an application and provide a solution to that application issue. Before synchronizing with the ACT Community, the Application Compatibility Manager does not know if an application is compatible or not. All of the applications in the list will show up as "Unknown". Once one has tested the application, one can add the own assessment so that when one synchronize, other administrators will be able to take advantage of the testing.
