Performance Analysis of Fluid Dynamics Model Based Routing for Sensor Networks
In this paper, packet flow field has been established on the base of fluid dynamics models, and the routing has been built through the packet flow line. The packet flow field has been successfully simulated, and the routing method of fluid dynamics models has been simulated by network simulation. Compared with the traditional shortest path routing, the routing based on the fluid dynamics model improves packet balancing and network throughput, meanwhile the routing based on the viscid fluid model has better performance than the routing based on the ideal fluid model. The routing based on the fluid dynamics model requires further study for sensor networks.
