Performance Analysis of QPSK Transmitter for Biomedical Applications
In this paper, attempt has been made to analyze the performance of Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK) transmitter on the biomedical signals such as ElectroCardioGraphy (ECG) and temperature signals. The paper also studies the performance analysis when AWGN (Additive White Gaussian Noise) appears at the transmitter stage. Simulation results obtained shows the effectiveness of QPSK modulation technique by providing SNR of 10dB and better BER with the presence of Gaussian noise. The findings have significant practical implications in bio-medical applications.
