Performance Appraisal : An HRM Perspective

Performance Appraisal (PA) is a significant activity within the Human Resources (HR) Management domain of an organization. PA helps to measure the performance of the employees and identify skill gaps present in the employees. This way PA aligns employee behavior with long-term strategic goals of the organization.
