The Internet did not really take off until wireline operators offered end-users flat rate all-one-can-eat pricing for wireline broadband access. However, while some mobile operators are starting to offer that kind of pricing, most are concerned about the impact that increased traffic, which aggressive pricing strategies are designed to stimulate, will have on their current 3.5G networks.
