Focusing on the spectrum management issue in spectrum underlay multi-channel access scenario in cognitive radio network, the authors implement the spectrum management as a power and channel allocation problem with respect of interference-free to Primary Users (PU) and QoS provisioning to Cognitive Radios (CR). They model the problem as a non-cooperative game and introduce a price function to every CR in order to forward the allocation results achieving Pareto optimum. Also, they prove the existence of Nash Equilibrium of the game and propose an on-demand asynchronous distributed pricing iterative algorithm to implement it.
