Now-a-days Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) is the most efficient public key encryption scheme based on elliptic curve concepts that can be used to create faster, smaller, and efficient cryptographic keys. ECC generates keys through the properties of the elliptic curve equation instead of the conventional method of key generation. This scheme can be used with public key encryption methods, such as RSA, and Diffie-Hellman key exchange and digital signature. This paper presents potential use of elliptic curve cryptography for communication network.
