The complex user request may need to integrate services from various resources and different domains to complete a task. The resources available as web services are provided by different providers at different locations. This complicates the ability to manually or semi-automatically compose them into a single composite service. Hence automatic web service composition is highly required. While addressing automatic web service composition several issues come into existence. The most critical issues that need attention are functional and non-functional requirements specified by the user. This paper proposes a Semantic Web Service Composition Framework with emphasis and by proposing an algorithm to find the composable services (services required for composition) and by experimenting QoS aggregation respectively.
