A new architecture for Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) reconfigurable Yagi Uda antennas was presented. Antennas with reconfigurable dimensions that can dynamically adapt themselves to constantly changing propagation frequency will be very interesting scenario. A communication system capable of changing its output or input dynamically through reconfigurable dimensions allows maintaining optimal system level performances and security at all times for reconfigurable antennas, in particular, interrelationships of electromagnetic theory and micro systems is anticipated. In this paper, a reconfigurable Yagi-Uda antenna with one dipole, one reflector and three directors will be designed in a micro scale such that it changes the length of those elements according to the desired frequency in the range from75 to 100GHZ.
