Knowledge Management(KM) is supported by many strategies such as business intelligence, collaboration, document management and e-learning (E-L). E-L has played more and more important role of all the technologies in the supporting KM. The review of basic technologies that support E-L will be in favor of further study on E-L. Base on KM, paper makes a review about the relationship between E-L and KM and products that support the design and operation of E-L system. Especially, the authors introduce the current development condition of E-L in China. With these reviews of E-L, the authors find that more theory about corresponding products is needed to guide the design, delivery, and implementation of E-L.
