Sales: Uniform Commercial Code

Sale entails exchange of products or services for money or any other asset. In the sale process, a large number of issues arise. In order to amicably settle these issues and address their consequences, it is important to design a formal contract for the sale. In the contract, the guidelines on which the sale would be carried out are documented. The sale contracts are made on the basis of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). The paper examines the sale contracts and discusses various clauses contained in the UCC.
