In today’s world, we recognize that many sales rep spend half of the time on the road and are under great pressure to close deals fast. A good mobile SFA solution needs to provide sales people with easy access to the information they need, anywhere, anytime, on any device so they can stay productive and be efficient. Ultimately, sales reps need a solution that can close deals quickly, wherever they may be. For example, after a meeting with a customer, sales reps should be able to immediately seize the moment on their mobile device to find or update CRM information without having to wait until they return to the desk. They should save time from performing administrative tasks and focus on what’s most important—selling.
