The development of distance trainings based of the information technologies and communication paves the way to the emergence of new professional specializations. The objective of this paper is to describe a semantic annotation formalism of video-conferencing documents. It is about an annotation process based in the interpretation of the content of documents. The suggested formalism relies the elaboration of multi-dimensional and document multi-facet model of description, allowing contextualizing the different descriptions. This model is expressed in the formalism of conceptual graphs.
