Short and Efficient Expressive Attribute-Based Signature in the Standard Model
Attribute-based signature allows the signer to announce his endorsement using a signing policy without revealing the identity, and only the signer whose attributes satisfy the signing policy can generate a valid signature. Attribute-based signature can provide flexible access control policy and has many applications in real scenarios requiring both privacy and authentication. In this paper, the authors present a new construction of efficient attribute-based signature schemes based on Waters' ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption schemes. Their scheme is existentially unforgeable in the standard model for the selective adversary and can achieve perfect privacy.
