Stock Compensation In High-Tech Sector

WestWard Pay Strategies, a San Francisco-based consulting firm specializing in compensation matters for leading technology companies, recently released three studies of the stock compensation practices of high-tech companies at three different stages of development. The studies focused on 250 publicly traded companies, 50 initial public offering (IPO) companies, and 20 privately held companies anticipating a potential IPO, and focused on option grant practices, repricing practices, stock dilution levels from option plans.
