With the establishment of the $787 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), vital funds are being allocated to state and local governments - particularly in the areas of municipal, educational, and healthcare projects. While economic pressures continue to affect organizations nationwide, it is believed that these monies might reduce financial strain and help to stabilize local budgets.
