TADEEC: Threshold Sensitive Advanced Distributed Energy Efficient Clustering Routing Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks
In Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), several routing protocols have been developed to improve the various parameters such as stability period, throughput etc. After a homogenous protocol leach, many heterogeneous protocols were developed which successfully improved the routing in WSNs. In this paper, the authors studied one of the heterogeneous protocol DEEC and its improved version EDEEC and they tried to work on two parameters i.e. stability period and throughput of the network to improve these further.
