Recently, many enterprises have been seen induce team work as their basic work function model. Some researchers indicated that team was beneficial to organization (Quick, 1992; Robbins & Coulter, 2002). Therefore, how to make team's operation successful is a very important issue. The authors argue that leadership may be an important antecedent of team performance. Many researches have found that leadership style has influence on the team's outcome (Jacobs & Singell, 1993; Mehra, Smith, Dixon & Robertson, 2006). In this paper, the authors review previous research about team leadership and adopt a new variable-team potency - which means a team's shared belief that it can be effective to discuss the relationship between shared leadership and team performance.
