Social media and social networking are quickly becoming "De rigueur" for business. A recent study by a Chicago-based firm, Slack Barshinger, showed that small and medium-size businesses are getting "Heavily involved with social media, with about half using blogs, wikis, Twitter or other social media channels for business purposes."
