This paper builds upon previous studies that highlight the benefits of Network Coding for all too all traffic patterns. This is the case within the framework of an Optimized Link State Routing protocol (OLSR) where topology control messages are flooded in the entire network in order to provide a precise knowledge of the topology to all single nodes in the network. The flooding efficiency is often measured either in terms of successful dissemination delay or the number of transmissions needed to achieve this goal. In this paper, the authors present the new TenDoc software that has been first designed to support any applications and that has been adapted especially for this OLSR use case.
