There is little doubt that the change in the global business environment will continue to outpace complacency and "Tried and true" approaches for managing costs and increasing revenues. At the epicenter of this change one has a tsunami of data generated at the point of daily activities - data about patients, costs, operations and outcomes - but is one connecting that data to the strategy? Is one putting data to work for or is one merely responding to that data?
