There is not doubt that the work world is changing. In the last couple of years, the global economy began to flat-line with downsizing, closed factories, jobless professionals - leading to home foreclosures and increasing unemployment rolls. The list goes on and on because it seems as though the global economies tumbled like a house of cards. While the US economy is slowly beginning to get back on the feet, corporations are examining how they will rebuild business and personnel.
