Executive Summary

The paper focuses at providing optimal security blanket for enmasse of information exchange between nodes involved in peer-to-peer mode of communication. Dedicated nodes communicating in this mode often become victims of malicious attacks that can only occasionally be evaded with the existing secure transmission techniques Exchange of encrypted references to the actual intelligence other than dissemination of encrypted data/information may avert successfully some forms of "Phishing". Thus, the authors arrived at a proposal of an encryption scheme that they call as, "Seed Encryption Scheme", wherein authorized nodes are assured of secure data exchange between them.
