Tips For Overcoming Objections During A Job Interview

Take a breath and give yourself a minute to collect your thoughts. You probably already know what the potential objections will be, so be prepared. Practice what you'll say and ask friends and family to help you come up with the best responses. Also, don't be defensive. The objection is not a personal attack on you or your abilities; it is being raised in order to gain more information about how you might qualify for the position. It could also be a test, to see how you will respond.
