Business executives contemplating the outsourcing of business processes are frequently confronted with a difficult choice - should they continue their own efforts to improve processes being considered for sourcing, or should they allow a service provider to upgrade these processes? Almost invariably, greed raises its ugly head and influences the decision-making process. Many executives are reluctant to transfer services when they believe there are "Easy" savings to be had.
