Total Quality Management (TQM)

The Total Quality Management tool acts as a competitive weapon in enhancing the productivity of the organization. Good quality results in higher profits and reduced production costs. The element of quality can be induced in the organization by changing the organizational culture, emphasizing on individual development, giving awards and incentives, and encouraging teamwork.
