Total Quality Management TQM

The paper begins with defining Quality as the grade of service / product reliability, safety consistency consumer's perception. It reveals quality as the "degree of excellence" that implies "comparison" is not absolute. The paper later focuses on the evolution of TQM and the related factors some of which are the focus on the customers (fitness to use or to latent requirements), a continuous improvement (fitness to standard and of cost), total participation and the societal networking.
