Transitioning To ISO / TS 16949

The ISO 9000 standards laid emphasis on defining the ownership of various systems. However, today, the ISO tool has been replaced by a latest version of ISO 16949. Most companies are finding it difficult to adjust to the new norms laid down in the new version of ISO standards. The new ISO 16949 supports the process-oriented approach, which helps in increased profitability for an organization. The new rules defined by the ISO 16949 help the companies to maintain consistency, despite the dynamic nature of the market.
