Transmission Rate of Non-Cooperative Routing in Ad Hoc Network
This paper analyzes routing in lossy networks under the assumption of non-cooperative aspect of existing routing protocols. The authors study the three existing non-cooperative routing protocols namely AODV, DSDV, and DSR under different topologies and under different communication traffic pattern to analyze its performance under each of the scenario and traffic. They also analyze them based on various number communications, i.e., number of flows. They try to find among the non-cooperative protocols which one performs better under given scenario and traffic.
