Using 360? Feedback Coaching Effectively In Executive Education
One of the goals of executive education is to induce participants to change their behavior once they return to the office. An important tool in encouraging such change is 360? feedback combined with coaching that relates what is learned during a program to what happens at work. These coaching sessions take place within the context of an overall executive education program and generally consist of a one to one-and-a half hour meeting between a coach and a participant. In this short time, coaches must glean information from 360? feedback reports, interpret it and help managers develop action plans.
