Using Information Semantic Systems for Absolutely Secure Processing

The word "Information" is used in different senses. In common life, in computer science, in the statistical, or in the theory of communication the authors use this word in different ways depending on its applications. It is commonly thought that cryptology is the science of secure communications and then the theory of communication must be laid as a theoretical base of cryptology. For this reason modern cryptology uses its idea and notions that were stated by C. Shannon in his classical papers.
