The author has tried to identify some key ingredients for leading a team: 1. Coaching; 2. Inspiring; 3. Pushing It is very hard to find a balance and proficiency at all three parts, which is the reason not everyone is cut out to be a leader. The author have also realized their is a lot to the manner in which you lead. Many things that show that you are worthy of respect, that you work hard and that your colleagues should listen to you. First of all it is your body language: You should be exerting energy and confidence.
