In the increasingly competitive marketplace, innovation is a key factor to advance core competency. In the field of organizational research, some researches indicated that supervisor's transformational leadership plays an important role of employees' innovation behavior. When it comes to supervisor's leadership style, other researchers suggest organizational attribution as an important factor to influence employees' innovation behavior. Based on the intrinsic motivation theory, this paper infers that transformational leaders could influence employees to perform higher innovative behavior.
